Let's try this again. It's been well said that if you use arrows to
navigate without VO keys that all you need do when sitting on a
collapsed folder is to right arrow to expand it. It's also been said
that in cases where your interaction is not in the finder but in an
open or selection dialog different rules may apply.
I say then that I've not had a need to use VO keys-\
