If you have rfb&d books, you should be able to recover your info by providing them with the code on the label.

To get a key, I think you need to call rfb. I did this several months ago, but I was no longer in their system (go figure) They said they'd put me back, then let me know about getting the key. However, I've not heard from them yet. I think I'll call again tomorrow. Thanks for the reminder.
