Hi Scott,
First. My Mail has reacted in that fashion since the beginning.
What I think goes on is that VO is focused on the Send button but if
you just start typing an address to send to it will move it to the To
field. No need to tab around or navigate with VO. If replying,
simply navigate once to the left with VO and then interact with the
HTML field and you can begin your response. Works for me.
Second, I'm not really sure why it's worded that way. I have my
button selected to move it to a separate folder but if I didn't,
maybe it would just go off into ciberspace and be removed upon
quitting Mail. I'll check into it a little.
Third, go ahead, sounds like a good enhancement.
