Jane,

If it is truly a streight download meaning there's no java script at the end of the link that launches the file, I do this: use vo navigation to move to the link making sure that the mouse is following the vo cursor, press controll only and click the mouse button to get a contextual menu which has download as as one of its items, click this and follow the dialog. I like patric's method better though and will try it on my powerbook next time I have an opportunity.

I apologize in adv ance, because I *know* we have covered this before.

There is a web site that I love to go to that lets me actually download the podcasts by hand. The trouble is that when I click on the link it plays it instead. How can I handle this? Do I need to get another web browser so I can just download the mp3, or do I need to save it on my Windows machine first or what?

Jane
