P.S, The first AppleScript link to copy iTune playlists to the Shuffle is
defunct.  The second SyncTunes link for copying playlists and 
podcasts is active and up to date. This might work for automating
podcast transfers, but playlists still have accessibility issues (unless
something like the Missing Menu AppleScripts at the AppleScripts
for iTunes site can be adapted).
