Yeah, but it doesn't handle encrypted content. You can't play protected wma files on the mac. Period, end of story. Microsoft refuses to put out a version of their media player that handles drm (though they claim the latest version does) it's nearly 3 years old, and nobody I know uses drm that old on wma files, because they've all been cracked. If you want current day drm compatible wma playing, the pc is your only option. This is the stupidest thing I've ever seen, and microsoft is stupid for not allowing macs to play current drm content, but then again, who am I, only a person who was willing to buy nearly $150 in drm content a couple months ago when I found all this nonsense out.

Or, you could install Windows Media Player for the Macintosh, free
download from Microsoft. I did this, have Windows Media Player in the
Dock & can access it anytime with control+option+D with the right/left
arrow keys.
