Yes, now that you mention it, I have noticed the same thing on my iBook.
I have percentage checked, but I'm still being told time remaining.

Take Care

Subject: anyone catch this bug in the battery menu?

Well, I'm surprised I never noticed this and I'm wondering if anyone else
has.

If you use an iBook or similar laptop, go to the battery submenu and notice
whether you're given the battery charge as a percentage or as a time-left
value. then see what's checked in the view options submenu. For me, it
displays what's not checked rather than what's checked. I don't recall
anyone mentioning this yet. Has anyone noticed it before and has anyone
reported it?
