It can at log in at least, that's what mine used to do, but I didn't
like that since I am on dial up. Fire would be looking for servers
and I wasn't even on yet, so you can easily guess what happened.

Still there should be more options. Was just looking at the dock
submenu for mail since it was already running, there were several
things I could do from the dock. Getting new mail ETC. Didn't
even give you a quit option even?
