Spring Loaded folders have something to do with drag and drop.
You are correct. When using Spring Loaded folders, a user holds
their mouse on the item they wish to open then it graphically pops
open so you can drop it where you wish. This is especially useful
when you don't care to open and close numerous windows in order to
be able to locate the place you wish to drop an item. The folders
pop open closed as you need them. Great for visual users but often
a pain in the neck for folks like us.
