We should be able to complete proper testing very soon to confirm
that the current version of katieplayer will run satisfactorily on
Intel (translated by Rosetta). The tentative/unofficial/not-properly-
tested answer is "yes." If we run across any difficulties or major
speed hits we'll quickly make the appropriate changes and release an
update. Also note we are working hard on a Cocoa-native version of
katieplayer which is Universal i.e. natively compatible with both
PowerPC and Intel. Anyway, should have a definitive answer on the
current version for you within the next couple of weeks - we're still
in the process of purchasing new Intel-based Macs.
