I am the developer of Proloquo and can assure you Proloquo or any other application for that matter cannot see things that VO does not see. However, it might be that Proloquo or another application would report things in a slightly different way, or report things that VO sees, but does not tell you about (for whatever reason). I would be very interested to know exactly what Proloquo is reporting that VO is not reporting. That may hep narrow down on the issue.
