Not totally independent of VO...more like a way to grab Terminal
feedback so that it is spoken immediately by VO. The "Terminal-
Watcher" app would (it seems for now) rely on VO for auditory
interface. Consequently, keyboard echo would be turned on/off in VO
as Cheryl suggests.
