I'm not trying to explain why a PC is necessary in general just pointing out
that its impossible for a blind person to use every program on either
platform so having the benefit of being able to use both if needed is an
advantage.

I haven't yet found a professional audio production and sequencing package
on the Mac that is accessible with Vo so I'm thinking about maybe using a
program called Sonar on Windows that is accessible with screen reader
technology.  Again    I agree that Macs do have software to perform most
tasks, its just when the issue of access is taken in to account the choices
lesson.
