Tiger 10.4.6

Folks, I've heard a few folks talk about 10.4.6, but when running  
software update, it doesn't seem to be available, but I am getting  
security updates. I just ran update and got a patch for Apache. Is  
there a reason why this update to 10.4.6 is not available via the  
update facility?
