No, you can't get to linux-speakup.org (though domain is still
registered to Kirk Reiser of 'Speech for Linux'). So, any links to
documentation there are dead.

There is a speakup tutorial by Saqib Shaikh (host of this list)
available at the following link:

A good number of the links in Saqib's tutorial are dead.
