Before I labled the external hard drive it would dissparefrom the
desk top when urn chacking show hard drives on desktop in finder
prefferances.

Hi all,
I labeled my new external hard drive sea gate HD and put a comment
in the labeled comment section of spotlight comments. Now if I go
to finder preferences and uncheck show hard drives the external
hard drive still shows up on my desktop. Any one know why?
