If it has it, turn off the numlock and use numpad insert.

I am having trouble with using JAWS because I can't find the insert
key. Does mac have a key that serves a modifyer function with JAWS?
If not, how might I switch the midifyer key in JAWS? I remember
finding it once, but can't anymore. Feel free to email me off list
