>>Right....Again, how many times have you posted on this list through its
existence and for what reasons? I'd go as far as to ask what you've
contributed to the discussion of VoiceOver, but that would be pointless as
well as you'd only drag up some spurious claim bolstering your position.<<

I have been very clear about the times I have posted on this system and you
have yet to prove that I've made ANY so called spurious remarks. But my
latest post not withstanding the replies was with regard to the dual boot
solution, to which you've demonstrated a lack of intellectual honesty or
courtesy.

>>Please, stop the madness. You made your point in your mind and, maybe, to
others. Fine. At least I'm trying to keep the list on topic and not
attempting to perpetuate a pointless debate.<<

Evidently, you don't get the point. But the person who has been most
responsible for getting this list off topic has not been me. It's been you.

>>You support Windows and its faults, as does even my youngest brother.
Again, fine. If you don't like having your OS bashed or whatever you term
it, well, you are on a Mac user list.<<

Yes, this is a Mac user list. But it isn't a Mac fan club. I am not
anymore a proponent of Windows to that of Mac OS. I could really care less
if you bashed Windows. What I do not appreciate is how you accuse me of
having a predilection for "list controversy" while you turn around and
antagonize everyone who does not share your point of view.

>>Unfortunately for you, at this point, there are many more articles and
pieces of information appearing on a daily basis that support my so called
claims.<<

Just because you happen to suck at research doesn't mean there are more
articles supporting your claims.

>>I just got a few more which indicate entire countries now officially
moving away from Microsoft towards open source solutions, which now
includes Japan and Norway to an already lengthy list worldwide. I wonder
why?<<

Which is not to say that they will adopt Mac OS. In fact, the European
Union itself seeks to abandon Windows entirely in favor of "open source"
alternatives. Again, they are not adopting Mac OS, which (by the way),
while it is based on open source technology, is not open source. So this
may have less to do with alleged Windows inferiority as it is with
geo-political sentiment regarding American economic or technological
imperialism. Or maybe, it could have (as Germany has indicated) have more
to do with the pursuit of standardized access of information. "Entire
countries" huh? Perhaps the "entire" citizenry of Japan would like to know
of their pending migration.

>>Anyway, I see no point in continuing this, so if you choose to respond,
that is your choice. This has wasted time and filled mailboxes for no good
reason other than someone being upset over having MS's weaknesses pointed
out.<<

Either you are a liar, or extraordinarily stupid, but most likely both.
This has never been an issue about you bashing windows. It has been an
issue about you bashing me and others.

>>As for the weaknesses of the Mac, well, funny thing, even us blind Mac
users have been rather specific and direct about them and can deal with that
reality.<<

Apparently you can't deal with reality. You have claimed no less than three
times that it will be the last time you would respond to my post. When you
are challenged you bluff claiming that you have facts that (incidentally)
you are unwilling to have to dig up. I guess it's all that busy work being
"Managing Director" huh? When you are pushed even further, you claim that
the discussion is either "off topic" or that you are beyond the very
arguments you start, thus posting for the last time on the subject matter
etc... Then after someone else like Access Curmudgeon responds, supporting
your position, you engage in cross talk regarding the same topic you say to
which you would not respond. This is the mark of a coward sir, and I'm
sorry to say, that you are pathetic for doing as you do. You too Mr.
Curmudgeon. You may claim that your next action is to ignore me. But I
know you are reading this post; and while I may not hear back from you,
knowing this is all the satisfaction I need.

I know that both of you hate to be wrong. You wish to appear important
among your peers. Perhaps this is the reason why Mr. Panerese fancies
himself a "Managing Director" for a company of one; or why Access Curmudgeon
feels it necessary to be his sycophantic enforcer. Brilliant gentlemen. I
hope you are proud of yourselves.

I will continue to post on this system. If you wish to avoid "list
controversy" or "getting off topic" I suggest that either A, you do not
address or talk about me on the list, or B, when you do, that you are
respectful. Now, as I am certain that you are scarcely capable of the
latter, you might just want to stick with the former.

Ciao
