Here's another program that some of you may find useful. I've been using it for quite a while, and it finally occurred to me that others might find it useful as well. What the softcon pdf viewer does is to allow you to read the whole pdf file all at once, without having to worry about page breaks. Once it starts reading, it will read the whole pdf file from top to bottom unless it's interrupted either manually or by some event on the machine. You can resume where it left off just by pressing vo-a for read all and it will continue reading from where it stopped. You can also use standard navigation keys to review a piece of the pdf, then vo-a to continue from that point on to end of document if you so desire. Documentation is a bit spotty at the moment, but this should get you started. The program can be downloaded from:
