Feeder is a tremendous piece of software: I use it daily. Feature-wise, it's
perfect for podcasting, and full of features. Feeder supports publishing
feeds and files on different servers, imports existing fed files, allows you
to set up iTunes extensions and a lot more. The software is also updated
quite regularly as new podcasting developments make that necessary.

I am not a daily VO user. I use it mostly to work through large amounts of
text. Today I turned VoiceOver on in Feeder, and it seams that Feeder is
"somewhat" VO compatible. I believe a free demo is available, so you should
be able to check it out yourself.
