Feeder is a tremendous piece of software: I use it daily. Feature-wise, it's perfect for podcasting, and full of features. Feeder supports publishing feeds and files on different servers, imports existing fed files, allows you to set up iTunes extensions and a lot more. The software is also updated quite regularly as new podcasting developments make that necessary.
I am not a daily VO user. I use it mostly to work through large amounts of text. Today I turned VoiceOver on in Feeder, and it seams that Feeder is "somewhat" VO compatible. I believe a free demo is available, so you should be able to check it out yourself.
