Hello Denis,
You can't set a hot key for Answer as it does not appear in the menu
when nothing is happening. However you can set one for Hang Up.
I've found that the most efficient way to answer a call is to go to
last item (VO-keys-shift-end) then move left until it says Answer,
then click the button to the left.
