Yes it is very cool and I opted for the Shuffle after all this mucking about because I like to listen to podcasts and generally use my Bookport. The part that made it a little more useful over the Bookport was its verysmall and I can stuff it in my pocket while working around the house and I don't have to worry so much about it getting messed up. I like my Bookport much better, but just for podcasts, the Shuffle will do nicely and you can turn it off and pickup where you left off when you turn the unit back on. Thanks for having a look at this, would be nice to run it without having to go to Terminal each time.

It is an app that will allow you to load tunes on to an Ipod Shuffle without having to use Itunes. It really works. It rebuilds the Ipod database, but this will not work on any other Ipod than the Shuffle. The other Ipods have a much more complex database acording to the author.

Folks, I have a python-based app taht I'd like to run without having to go to Terminal, is that possible? When I attempted to open it I got some Applet builder and when I selected the Python program, it built a that with a dot app extention. When I ran it, it did not act as expected, it actually didn't seem to do anything. Is it possible to do this and can you edit these app files to determine what they are doing?

tnx
