Ok, well I had a look for Itunes in the doc, its there but of course
it won't run the application as I accidentally removed it so that's
possibly what the Itunes installer is whining about? That being the
case then how do I remove the Itunes from the Doc?

Well, I deleted it from the Applications folder, I did a search
for Itunes using Spotlight but couldn't find it on my system
anywhere.
