Greg, This is good and I understand. Powerpoint would be hugely helpful!

Remember that Daisy is a read only format what I would be doing is making recording of the information in the spreadsheet. If you want to edit spreadsheets wait for Mariner Calc to come out. What this would do is to place audio markers at the start of tables, rows, headers and so on so that you knew what you were reading for example the narration might sound like this: Sheet 1. Start of table. Row. Cell: Year Cell: Month Cell: Day Row. Cell: 2006 Cell: December Cell: 25 Row. Cell: 2005 Cell: December Cell: 25 and so on through the sheet. The announcing of rows, cells and so on would be lower than the announcing of the data within the cell so you could tell the difference between the description of the data and the data itself. Likely this will be a MacOSX application only at first. You will run it and it will make a file that you can then send to dtbmaker for conversion into a Daisy book. or you could just send to swift directly provided you have a Cepstral voice installed. I could do the same for PowerPoint presentations as well if that would be useful.
