text-to-braille translation

What will translate plain text files to Braille files, and how can I  
format the file resulting Braille file before printing on a Braille  
printer?  I am sending out a couple of Braille letters, but the only  
way to send them is toget them printed on the printer at Tech.  and I  
can't do that unless I manage to get a text file translated into  
Grade 2 Braille with propper Formatting.

Any programs to handle this?
