I haven't heard of any key press's like this but I'll give it a go in a wile
when I'm in front of my computer.  I would guess though that adding say W as
a start-up key isn't that likely as it implies even more that Apple expect
all there machines to have windows on.  although I could be wrong.  It'd be
useful if nothing else.
