Oh really? Why does that not surprise you Cheryl. If you think about it, what I believe should happen in fact makes more sense. We're talking about two completely different events here. A user generated event such as pressing a key or clicking the mouse. The other event is a system generated event even if scheduled by the user, its being initiated by the system which is different than if it were being generated by input from a device like the keyboard. In fact Apple Engineering sent me an e-mail agreeing that this is a known issue upon further research and are planning to address the issue. So, at least they agree it is a problem so hopefully they can correct it. I guess it really comes down to how you view the situation and have a need or interest in this feature. After testing and figuring out what was going on, I thought at first what you stated may very well be what Apple intended, but surely that wouldn't make sense based on what I outlined.
