Hi dane,I'm sure it is. Being that your iBook is probably pretty new and still under warranty, you would have to get it done at an authorized Apple dealer I suspect. I also suspect that you'd need to pay the full price for the new drive as most upgrades at lesser costs must be done prior to the actual purchase. Just my thoughts of course. i could be wrong, it's happened many times before.
