I've not tried it, but my guess is that OSX *could* read the windows
partition, though not the other way around. There's tools on linux
that will let you read nearly any partition type in existence, and
I'd wager these tools have been integrated into OSX as well, so
reading windows partitions is certainly likely, I don't know how
likely it is that OSX could or would either write back to it, or
execute programs on them, since this gets into emulation which is
something osx doesn't do. However, now that the intel processors are
available, DOSEmu could certainly be ported to OSX, so you could have
dos access if nothing else.
