Jane, I think I need more information:
1. Connecting to the server: Is it a OS X server or Windows Server? Do you have an account on this server? 2. Are these "InBoxes" you speak of located on theserver or on the individual's computer? The actual connecting to the network should not be difficult at all. There's really not anything special that you need to do if you are considered a user on this network. Later...
