Using katieplayer to read Bible produced by Greg K. confirm that
works fine reading from both CD and hard disk (and assume same will
apply for Book of Mormon). Again, if burning to CD, make sure book is
not burned to a folder.

That'll work. For the current katieplayer auto-load CD feature
you'll want to make sure the book burned to CD is not in a folder
(though if the book is structured with subfolders referenced in NCC
that is certainly fine). The next version has a greater degree of
flexibility and allows the option of using the standard 'Open'
dialog to locate and open an NCC (as well as a list of all NCCs
found on your Mac).
