Well, for one thing, use vo-keys-plus-shift-plus-space to click on
the button to start it. Make sure that you put a prefix into the
edit box when it comes up, and then usse vo-keys-plus-shift-plus-
space again to click OK. Then sit quietly and let it wait. That's
the hardest part.
