Yes, via Mouse Keys. The problem is that Mouse Keys does nothing to eliminate the visual burden to track the mouse. In particular, VoiceOver seems to be muted when dragging something (even using Mouse Keys).
I will begin to experiment with these files.
Anything you can do to explicitly document the obstacles will be quite helpful.
