using mail menus

For those who are not aware of it.  If you want/need to send a  
private reply to an email that is posted to the list (and this works  
on most lists, not just this one) If you interact with the to field  
of the mail message, there is a menu button there.  When you click  
this button, you get several options.  You can copy the address,  
reply to sender, add to address book, remove from previous  
recipients, create smart mailbox, new message, and perform a  
spotlight search.
The options don't appear in that order, but they're all there.  it's  
an excellent method of getting things into or out of your address  
book, and replying off list to someone if you don't want the message  
to go to the whole list.
