Because of the nature of the dvd apis, only one program at a time can
use them. It has to do with the css encryption built-in to the
dvds. So, if apple's dvd player is loaded, softcon dvd player can't
see the disc. If softcon's dvd player is loaded, then apple's dvd
player can't access the disc. This is why you need to quit apple's
dvd player first, then load the softcon player. If you don't do
this, then you won't get softcon dvd player to work.
