I don't use this software so I don't know if it plays ogg vorbis. However, you can play ogg vorbis with vlc very nicely. Also, there's a package called xiph-qt that will allow you to play ogg vorbis files in iTunes or quicktime. The urls for these are:
VLc
www.videolan.org

xiph-qt
http://www.xiph.org/quicktime

xiph-qt will not usually allow iTunes to play ogg network streams like .m3u files because iTunes will try to process them as mpeg, but VLC will play these. As for ogg files on your system, either will work.
