What to do you hav to erase to redo a book in DTBmaker?

I've noticed that if dtbmaker quits without completing a book or if  
you have to redo the book for some reason, even if you delete the dtb  
files in the book directory if you try to redo the book dtbmaker  
apparently thinks the book is done, as it declares it finished within  
seconds. I'm assuming that there's a file or portion of a file one  
has to delete in order to start over without having to move or rename  
the .xml or .html file so you can redo the book. Does anybody know  
what has to be removed?
