Thanks, as far as I can tell and based on what another person said, I
apparently am doing the proper thing, but its jjust not happening. I
wonder if for some crazy reason I need to specify that port on my
firewall. I wouldn't think so as it did work at one time before I had
to take steps to get my system back in running order.

I don't see a way on the site to actually register and looking
over the docs isn't providing that bit of info either. Any advice
appreciated.
