Yes, that was another method I tried and I tell you that dialog was
completely unreachable. If my wife hadn't mentioned it, I never would
have known it was there. I haven't had to many problems as what you
mentioned, but I'd sure make an issue of it with them.

I've had major problems with syncing anyway. Like thelogin not
working while syncing even though it's definitely the right
password and works when I go to the website; also getting dialogs
about not being able to log in and not being able to get rid of the
dialog or having it just repeat over and over. I like the idea of
syncing but I may not bother to spend my money when this
year's .mac account runs out.
