Hello members, Ed back here. I might be able to help the new member on the list. When you have a blank CD, in the drive, toast should open, if the preference is set. go down to where it says droor. then enteract with the droor and select the first tab. Then select music CD. The music CD should be the fourth radio button in the droor area. Stop enteracting with the droor, now go get your tracks by hitting command plus. It will say choose object. Go to the outline and enteract with your outline to get to your tracks. One thing to be where of, that is voice over won't tell you weather your track has been selected or not, so, if the cursor is on that track, you kno it is selected. Hit choose in the open dialogue. Keep doing this until you have all of your tracks selected in toast. Now you are ready to hit record by hitting command r. If you have too many tracks, toast will tell you when you hit record. I would only do 18 tracks in the choose object dialogue, so that the tracks fit on the CD. Another thing, be sure to number your tracks and keep track of what you have selected in the choose open dialogue, because if you don't you might repeat a same song on another track. I recommend highly that you first do this with a rewriteable CD. This way, if you make a mistake, you kno what you done wrong. I had made several colsters in my time with toast, so I kno. Toast will sound a bell when the CD is ready. Hope that helps.
