I think Apple is trying to make us work smarter, not harder. I suppose
one could have an internal modem installed, if they so choose, and if
there's an extra slot available to install it. Myself, I hope to go
wireless allthe way. The municipality of Anchorage and the Anchorage
Borrough (we don't have counties in Alaska), is in negotiations with
one of the local telecommunications companies to contract with them to
help put "hotspots" throughout the municipality. Richie Gardenhire,
