Don't bother sending it to [EMAIL PROTECTED], it is better
if you get an online ADC membership and submit it that way. It
gets to the engineers and you generally get feedback. Please

I'd just like to make a further comment on the Backspace key
issue that allot of us are experiencing in Apple Mail thanks to
the latest update of OS10 Tiger.
Now, whilst I can get my head around this problem and its an
annoyance, it affectively is one reason why I may hesitate to
recommend the Mac to anyone, this really is a problem for the
uninitiated and you can easily lose track of what you're doing
if you're not concentrating.
