No word on accesbility. I wa chasing a differrent issue, ie a special driver for a new HP scanner. Vickie

You have been misinformed. I just several weeks ago talked to their tech people and it has been tested thru 10.4. and they are working on a revision to bring it even more up to date, ie new drivers etc and it will be ready possiblely this year. In the mean time the current version has been in use on both 10.3.9 and 10.4 for some time in my home with no negative results.

This morning I got a different person in the sales area atwhat used
to be scansoft. This time I was told that the Mac version of Omnipage
Pro x works for mac system 10.0 only. That they have not tested it
with any version higher. Of course I told this person that no one
would want to go back downward to the 10.0 release because of all the
bug fixs and security updates . She was unwilling to provide any
further info almost like reading from a script. No willing info from
them on when a new updateed version release would be coming. I was
told I could purchase the product and that my only option if it did
not work was that I would have a 30 day return period. Without
feedback from anyone on the list who is currently using the Omnipage
product with Voice Over under system 10.4.6 or so its to high a price
to try and then have to return back. I hope that any users here on
the list will give me there feedback on this topic.
