An odd querk with Apple Mail

Hi folks,

I've noticed a very strange thing with Apple Mail. When i write a new  
message, it takes me a while to get the letters i delete and the  
lines to read properly with voice over, until I get an eror message -  
not sure what this message says. This does not happen with Apple Mail  
when I am replying to a message. It is kind of annoying.

i am running Mac OS 10.4.7 - has anyone else experienced this?
