I think buying a MacBook to primarily run Windows is a risky proposition. That said, I am considering the same thing for my work because I cannot find a decent laptop for (1) people with low vision and the Apple LCD displays look okay at non-native resolution; and (2) for Deaf employees because they want video chat and the add-on web cams are too much of a kludge for travel. But so far the built-in iSight camera doesn't work under Boot Camp, so I will have to wait for this little experiment. I have not heard of Jaws working under Boot Camp, but someone on this list will probably be the first person to do it.
