i never fill in the alias field, i just like to see the contact as
its actually displayed. don't know why i just do grin.

There are a number of tabs, but VO Right arrow till you find a op
up saying "service." Select the person's service.
Arrow to the right it say (name) an eddit field says ***new
buddy***. Interact with that field and get rid of the ***new
buddy*** with the backspace key. Type in the person's user name.
VO right arrow after leaving previous interaction till you hear the
word Aliasto the right of that is a blank eddit box. Type the
person's actual name or nickname there.
VO arrow right arrow again until you hear the word (group.) There
to the next right is another pop up mennue where you can select
which group you want the contact in.
Then find and click (save.)there.
