Zoom does not maximize the screen. It makes the current window
larger, but it does not expand to fill the whole viewable area. If
the application doesn't have a full screen mode, I don't think it's
possible to make it do so with any kind of keystroke. Sighted folks
can always grab the corner of the window and drag it to fill the
whole screen.
