Right, There is also a modifier keys panel in keyboard under
universal access. It coulld be fun to make a couple of keyboard
setups and pass them aroundd.

That's the one. shortcut keys can be changed to anything you like.
So, if you don't like command-f5 to turn on/off vo, then just change
it to something else.
