when I select the effect tab and vo key write aro all I get is button button

what does what?
also do I need to set sound studio up to record threw audio high jack or
will this effects plugin take care of that for me?

Hank, you need to use the voiceover plugin, not to be confused with the
screen reader VoiceOver. This is accessed in the effects tab.
