Thought I'd post this before any other MLB users on this list felt
driven to reinstall or do something else drastic. I went to the apple
forums and in safari there's quite a discussion/complaint thread
going. It appears that something was broken by the last macosx and
quicktime update. The only possible solution posted so far is to post
the long url you find when you bring up the media window into windows
media player. But this appears to require double-clicking on the
media player window and the media player window isn't really
accessible to us so I have yet to determine--after I reinstall wmp--
grrrrrrrrrrr!--whether it can be done. Just wanted any other mlb
subscribers to know it isn't your machine so don't bother to
reinstall or take your system apart.
